Basic Information
I have the right to deny a commission for any means, including before the sketch. After the sketch I will not be making or accepting cancellations.I have the right to use any of my art for advertisement unless agreed otherwise.Must be 18+ to commission adult themes including alcohol, drug, sexual or suggestive themes.You may print out, have keychains/stickers/posters, ect made for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You cannot sell my work for merchandise or monetary gain.(Logo's or agreed upon merch and business related work will have there own private agreements written and signed)
Payment
Payment will be accepted either 50% upfront, 100% upfront or once the sketch is verified by the person(s) commissioning me.All payment is made in USDCurrent ways to provide payment:KofiPaypalI will be adding more ways soon.After the sketch is completed and verified I will not accept cancellations with full refund. If you back out at the sketch phase I will keep 35% of the money and refund the rest. If you choose to cancel the commission in anyway after I have started working the sketch I will keep at least 65% of the money.
Timeframe and Que
As an artist I may have more than one commission in my que, So wait time may be longer or shorter then expected.I at the minimum may take up to Two Weeks to complete work. This may extend to up to Two Month at the longest.Times may be adjust to specific dates, I wont be accepting dates within One Week as I don't want to rush any work.Upon payment you will be put in the Que, you may ask for updates outside of the ones I send. You will receive a number for where you are in the que.
Process and Expectation's
Once you are entered into the que you will get updates on multiple milestone'sSketchLineartColorDetailsshadingBackgroundOn some works there may not have these as selectable options, I will show more updates or different points in the art most suitable for the commissioned piece.Expectation's from you:
Unshaded and no heavily marked refsheets, Refsheet without addons/clothes (If I am drawing those, send both versions)Digitally colored Refsheet.Proper refsheet to the commission being asked (Do not send just a headshot ref sheet for a fullbody commission. As that would be a custom compared to an art piece)If your looking for a specific pose or item/clothes please send examples. (I will not copy or trace any of the examples, this includes colors)I will not draw off of AI - Stolen Characters.

Sexual or Suggestive themes (18+)You are more then welcome to ask about animals, Species or themes. I will 100% give an honest answer about my confidence and will turn one down if I feel its too difficult.I will NOT draw the following:
Politics
Hate Speech
Racism
Illegal content
Bigotry
Suicidal vent art
Mech
Stolen or AI Work
Agreement
At any point I may change my TOS, it is your job to read my TOS as I will have it posted. I am not responsible for mistakes made on your end about my TOS.By commissioning me you are accepting my TOS in full, you will be held to this TOS and expected to uphold during the ENTIRE commission.
